Open Letter on the Future of EU-US Data Transfers

While many details are still unclear, more and more details about the planned EU-US data transfer deal have emerged. These details seem to raise more questions as to the stability of any new adequacy agreement by the European Commission. In the light of these concerning developments, the lead plaintiff in the "Schrems I" and "Schrems II" cases has sent the following open letter to the relevant stakeholders.
