This job offers you a monthly salary between € 5331 and € 7616 depending on your experience. This is based on a 36-hour work week, excluding a 13th month and holiday allowance.
Your impact as Behavioural Change Compliance Professional at NN
As a member of the Corporate Compliance department you will focus on providing advice to the business (internationally) and management on matters related to compliance domains (Conduct, Conflict of Interest, training/awareness and data analytics and dashboarding) and ensure advice and support with regards to this specific conduct related part of the Risk and Control framework. For you domains, you will represent Corporate Compliance NN-wide and liaise with international colleagues.
Your responsibilities
- You will provide expert advice to business and management on conduct and training related questions, change projects and identified gaps. You will participate in key committees within your area of expertise. You will participate in conduct and training related projects and take the lead for training on specific topics in your area of expertise.
- You will conduct proactive deep-dives on specific conduct related topics to ensure in-sights in the maturity of this specific area of the framework and processes.
- You will liaise with other experts within Compliance and other functions (e.g. Legal, Operational Risk Management, HR, Corporate Relations) in providing appropriate advice, training and communication to the business.
- You will assist in the effective review and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Who you are
Naturally, you enjoy working as part of a team and are good at working with others. Furthermore you’ve:
- A Master’s degree (or comparable) in Law, Business or other relevant field.
- A minimum of 6-8 years working experience in the field of Compliance in the financial services sector. This preferably includes experience in a 2nd line Compliance function.
- Relevant certified training in the field of Compliance, or the willingness to complete such training, is a plus. E.g. the Certified Compliance Officer programme.
- You have expert knowledge on Conduct, Training & Awareness and communication and preferably good knowledge on Conflict of Interests and Conduct risk.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Your colleagues
The NN Corporate Compliance team consists of 20+ employees, managed by the Chief Compliance Officer with 3 managers. The team consists of employees that support and oversee the business and develop and maintain Group-wide Centers of Excellence (Customer Suitability, Financial Economic Crime, Inside Information, Conflict of Interests, training & awareness, Data analytics and dashboarding and laws like PRIIPS and IDD, FATCA and CRS).
The Behavioural Change Compliance professional is part of a team that acts as an expert function on all topics related to Conduct, Conflict of Interest, training/awareness and data analytics and dashboarding for the whole of NN (17.000 employees). In this variety of topics this specific role provides advice but also contributes to the effective implementation of all domains under its responsibility.
You will report directly to the Head of the team of Conduct, Innovation and Data.
