Take ownership
Heading our HR Operations team, you will be taking ownership of setting clear expectations, defining policies, developing processes and ensuring compliance throughout the employee journey. In particular, you will be:
- optimizing and develop our onboarding, offboarding, contracting and compensation structure
- planning organizational structure and design
- defining and protecting our culture and values
- leveraging and improving HR processes and systems
- enhancing travel management processes
This challenge is perfect for you if
- You have demonstrable knowledge of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- You have a deep understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in HR.
- You are able to lead organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- We'd love it if you've led teams before. You know about building, mentoring, and leading high-performing HR teams.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
