Take ownership
As our Medior Legal Counsel, you will be taking ownership of:
- Stay updated on upcoming regulations and apply them to the users’ benefit (product reviews) by finding legal solutions.
- Handel special user circumstances and claims and disputes from third-parties, regulators or others.
- Providing legal reviews and advice to other bunqers on different contracts and partnerships 📑
This challenge is perfect for you if
- You bring proven skills in handling legal claims and disputes – including litigation and regulatory procedures.
- You have deep knowledge of the Dutch legal system & financial regulation – especially in relation to regulators such as DNB and AFM.
- You present out-of-the-box solutions, and can take on an advisory role
- You can put the users first, and take that approach along with an innovative mindset 🖇️
- You are in the financial sector for a while now (Knowledge of fintech services and Kifid is a big plus ⭐️)
- You hold a masters degree in law
- Its a plus if you speak Dutch
