Consultant Staatssteun Publieke Sector - Legal services - PwC

Location: Amsterdam
Employment: Full-time
As Consultant Staatssteun Publieke Sector - Legal services, you advise on and guide the implementation of often complex social transformation issues, helping our clients to implement their strategy.

What will your work involve?

The Public Sector team advises on and guides the implementation of often complex social transformation issues, helping our clients to implement their strategy. We advise our clients on state aid and public procurement law within the context of important public sector projects; we supervise major public procurement procedures by helping with the necessary preparations, providing strategic advice, drafting descriptive documents in English or Dutch, and concluding the relevant contracts with one or more winning parties; we write sector-wide prospectuses and guidelines; we provide ex post and ex ante advice on professionalising these procedures; and we are called in to help select innovation projects and public-private partnerships.

Many of our assignments involve cooperating with other specialists, for example in Economics, Tax, Consulting and Technology, setting PwC Legal apart from traditional law firms. Our clients include central and local authorities, care and educational institutions, research institutes, autonomous administrative bodies, and housing corporations.
