
Recruitment Coordinator
The Role
Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to play a key role in the hiring process? As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly for candidates and internal teams alike.
You’ll handle scheduling, coordinate interviews, manage communications, and be a helpful point of contact for candidates. You’ll also maintain the ATS, and provide key data insights to help shape hiring strategies.

What you’ll do
- Act as the main administrative contact for the recruitment team, handling job postings, ATS entries, vacancy registrations, and recruitment operations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings, ensuring all participants are well-prepared and informed
- Regularly update candidate data in the ATS, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Support multiple recruitment campaigns at various stages
- Manage vacancies, candidate communication, and recruitment-related events, providing technical support to both candidates and the team
- Collaborate closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain and update the recruitment dashboard using ATS data
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, or as an executive/personal assistant; recruitment or HR experience is a plus
- Enjoy managing a variety of admin tasks and find satisfaction in completing your to-do list
- Comfortable managing multiple admin tasks and take pride in staying organised
- Passionate about building relationships and working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Service-minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in organisation, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
