Salesforce FSC Solution Architect

What are you going to do?
As a Salesforce FSC Solution Architect you will play a vital role in completing projects and implementing solutions that build upon approved platforms in an international environment. You will be hands-on involved in all phases of a development project, from analysis and requirements to design to documentation, development, testing and acceptance.
With a focus on the Czech Republic, Romania, Spain and Hungary as countries and Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud as products. As we expand our efforts to other countries, growth opportunities will naturally arise. And, once the migration is complete, you will have the chance to continuously improve our omnichannel customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and architect solutions within Salesforce (or other development platform) to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
- Being part of Architectural guild to contribute to the architectural decisions and thus helping to steer the project in the right direction. This also contains identifying and describing architectural patterns
- Facilitates requirements Solution Architecture Board sessions and other requirements workshops to help guide the refinement process of business driven requirements
- Collaborates with business application owners with planning the development and delivery of new features and enhancements to support internal needs
- Constantly learns and improves Salesforce.com / FSC technologies and platform functionality at a detailed and technical level
- Assesses the implemented solutions for performance, security and other related issues, and identifies implementation as well as architectural improvements
- Guide and support cross country development collaboration within the construct of the Salesforce roll-out within NN International
What you will bring
- 3-5 years of experience as Salesforce Developer
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C#, C++, Force.com
- Strong understanding about Salesforce Architecture, while having a broad overview of current trends in database, integration, web and IT infrastructure
- In addition to Salesforce, also skilled and interested in all phases of SDLC (i.e., Analysis, Design, Test, Delivery…)
- One or more certifications on Salesforce towards System and or Application architect, demonstrating current knowledge as an architect is a plus
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodology, and the development of associated artifacts (i.e., implement user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated testing tools (GitLab CI, Bamboo, Jenkins, Puppet, Provar, etc..), incl Azure DevOps
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work efforts with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of new SFDC Lightning components, JavaScript, CSS and Mobile Design/UX is a plus
You will work together with
As a Salesforce FSC Solution Architect, you’ll work with one of our five scrum teams. Each team has 10-13 members and specializes in a specific domain. You’ll collaborate with local Salesforce teams in various countries. Our internal teams partner with Accenture. This gives us access to their digital transformation expertise.
