Your role

Your role will be impactful as you become an integral part of our international Financial Institutions' leadership team. You will be responsible for expanding our business in Germany, focusing on initiating our ALM consultancy services in the German market. This entails establishing and developing a local ALM team with the support of our international group of specialist consultants.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen our ALM advisory capabilities in the German market.
Generate new business and project opportunities, actively manage client accounts, and expand our ALM client base.
Provide strategic advice to clients on their ALM challenges, developing practical solutions, and ensure high-quality work on ALM projects.
Foster a learning culture by facilitating internal and external knowledge sharing sessions, such as round-table discussions, guest lectures, and internal talent training.
Build, lead and develop a team of dedicated ALM consultants.

To be successful

To excel in this role, you should possess the following key assets:

In-depth understanding of Asset & Liability Management and Banking Book Risk Management, along with knowledge of best market practices, current topics, and regulations.
Strong performance in ALM/Banking Book Risk, gained from at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
A robust network within the Financial Institutions sector in Germany.
A proven track record in cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
An ambitious and strategic mindset, coupled with excellent leadership skills.
A university degree in Financial Economics, Econometrics, Physics, or Mathematics.
Proficient communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
