As (Senior) Manager Workforce Advisory, Organisational Transformation you will have a leading role in both realizing the team strategy and growing our client impact. This will involve leading on client development initiatives and playing a leading role in client engagements to put forward and oversee high impact organisational and people solutions.

As a part of People Advisory Services (PAS) the Workforce Advisory division (WFA) consists of five focus areas: People & Transformation (change management), Digital HR (implementation of HR technology), HR Transactions (HR issues related to organizations in transition), Organizational Transformation and Rewards.
In every assignment for our clients, we focus on people to achieve the best results. We do this by advising and helping to realize an HR vision, strategy, and implementation for our clients.

You become a leading member of the Organization Transformation group within the Workforce Advisory teamin the Netherlands. A group of experienced and diverse professionals with great passion and innovation that guide clients on complex organisation and workplace transformation projects.
The Organizational Transformation team is driven by working together, in collaboration with our clients and our EY colleagues to build a better working world through organisation and people.
As a team we believe that organizations who have a compelling vision and able to build a concrete, yet adaptive transformation journeys will survive in the coming future. Therefore, organizations are challenged to be flexible, and this requires to take a new approach to organizational and people transformation.
We provide a new and exciting view on helping organizations lead the transformation (not only to get ready) with a series of different methodologies. We combine the organizational perspective with a focus on the talent and champion a creative and personal approach. With this approach we achieve better results and help organizations to find their way in complex transformations.
You will be both working from the EY Amsterdam office where the team is based and client locations. Though working flexible from your home office or other locations is common practice.
Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
- You’ll be responsible for inspiring our clients and your colleagues with the organizational transformation solutions we propose, leading complex projects, helping your colleagues to learn and actively encourage new ways of thinking in Organizational Transformation, also in setting client best practices.
- By leveraging and growing your network you’ll be the client facing lead in defining the scope of our organizational transformation solution, setting the initial strategy, and making sure your clients are on board in every step of the process. This will include pitching the project to contractual agreement, resourcing and onboarding a strong client team, leading the engagement, and making ongoing connections with your stakeholders on the progress of the project.
- You will have the opportunity to reflect your experience to shape the solutions. Through your client and internal EY connections you will create growth opportunities professionally within the team.
Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
- An academic background with 8 years of experience leading and selling organizational solutions to large enterprises preferably in the organizational transformation area focused on organization design, strategic performance management (OKR modelling), strategic workforce planning and future of work modelling.
- Deep understanding of value chain, operating model, processes, and other organizational design elements.
- Experience in winning and delivering large transformation projects in consulting or service settings.
- A network in the relevant Dutch market.
- Excellent in both the Dutch and English language (verbally and written).
- An unrelenting growth and winning mindset, keen to make an impact.
- Outgoing, positive, and easily able to build strong relationships.
- Critical analysis of client needs and opportunities, to qualify and determine success factors
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement to lead client proposal teams and project engagements.
- Leading, resourcing and setting up winning client teams.
- Building trusted relationships with clients to create successful results and future opportunity.
- Establishing buy in with important stakeholders to create impactful initiatives.
- Challenging the status quo and achieving set objectives.

Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas, a bustling area where many businesses are situated. In our Cross Towers, Anouchka and Lucia welcome up to 1.000 people every day upon arrival. Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?
An (online) assessment and a pre-employment screening are part of the application procedure.
