Your job

In your first few weeks at ABN AMRO, you’ll follow the Corporate Banking Graduate Programme together withyour fellow graduates, during which time you’ll get to know the corporate bank you’ll later be part of. Besides abroad introduction to ABN AMRO, you’ll participate in hands-on training in the fields of Accounting, FinancialAnalysis, Financial Modelling, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, and personal development. Trainings will bedelivered by those at the very top of their field – including university lecturers, professional trainers andmanagers at ABN AMRO. Together, they will give you a solid basis for further development within the bank. Atthe same time, you will build an international network of graduates spanning several parts of InternationalClients, Commercial Clients & Corporate Finance. A great start to your Corporate Banking GraduateProgramme.Following the initial general training, you’ll start to work at Real Estate Clients, where you’ll betrained to become an all-round real estate banker within 18 months. You won’t be tied to a specificspecialisation; rather, you’ll build up a valuable network and broad on-the-job experience – including viarotations in e.g.:

• Real Estate Clients (Advisory as well as Lending)
• Financial Restructuring & Recovery (FR&R)
• Equity or Debt Capital Markets (E/DCM)
• Capital Structuring & Advisory (CSA)
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

You’ll also get the chance to enrich your training with a rotation at one of our offices abroad.

The Real Estate clients department is part of ABN AMRO Commercial Clients. We focus on professional developers and investors in commercial real estate, supporting them with (asset based) financing solutions,corporate finance advisory and capital markets transactions. The Real Estate Clients team has seensignificant growth over the last years and currently consists of +/- 100 professionals located in Amsterdam aswell as across the Netherlands.Working at ABN AMRO means becoming even better at what you do. • Master’s degree with above-average grades;
• No more than two years of work experience;
• Relevant extracurricular activities, and/or experience abroad;
• Preferably (internship) experience with commercial real estate and/or corporate finance;

What we offer

All our Corporate Banking Graduate Programmes start with several weeks of general training. From there,you’ll be coached to become an all-round real estate banker within 18 months, by fully participating in variousdifferent project teams. During your entire time in the programme, you’ll receive guidance from a PoolManager, project team supervisors, trainers and mentor. In addition, ABN AMRO offers an ongoing trainingcurriculum that allows you to increase your technical knowledge, deepen your understanding of financialmarkets and products, and further develop your personal skills. You’ll also regularly get together with the Corporate Banking Graduate Programme’s training group.

We offer:

• The salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour workweek, including vacation allowance and a benefit budget.
• A benefit budget that allows you to purchase additional employment benefits. If you choose not to purchase anything, it will be paid out monthly.
• 5 weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• A Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year. You can accumulate this amount up to €3,000
• The possibility of working from home (subject to discussion with your team and depending on your role).
• An annual public transportation pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
