As Manager of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, you collaborate closely with our clients to solve challenging, complex and socially relevant issues on the interface of business & IT. Your Oracle Supply Chain expertise and experience are the basis for this. You work for leading clients in the commercial sector, often in an international context. This includes technology-driven business transformations and working with business and IT leadership to optimise the organisation and create value from information technology.
You are part of a dynamic team focused on rapid development and working intensively with other disciplines within PwC. PwC is at the forefront of Cloud transformations, particularly Oracle Cloud Supply Chain transformations. Who are you?
- You are an experienced Oracle professional and ready for a new challenge in a Technology team. You want to gain new knowledge, share your knowledge, expand your network and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues.
- You have approximately six years of work experience in implementing Oracle processes, eBS, Oracle Cloud and Supply Chains.
- You have a Master’s degree, preferably in Technology and your work experience and additional training show that you have continued to develop yourself.
- You are actively working on setting up and expanding your extensive client network in the commercial domain, for example within Consumer Markets, Industrial Products, Energy, Telecom or Technology.
- You identify and address client needs. You develop and maintain client relationships, through networks, and are able to identify and develop potential new opportunities.
- You advise clients on business transformations and how technology can facilitate or lead this.
- You are a functional expert in the field of Oracle Cloud and like no other have knowledge on the Supply Chain modules (e.g. Inventory Management & Costing , Demand and Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing and Maintenance and Warehouse Management) and can offer the client the best solutions in this area, especially in the field of supply chain issues.
- You are challenged to be at the forefront of new developments in technology and to convert these into concrete solutions that help the client.
- You have a passion for working with people, both at clients, your team and partners.
- You have frequently been involved in (extensive) assignments regarding: 1. Oracle (Cloud) implementations and 2. Business transformations in Supply Chain.
- You have extensive knowledge of integration, infrastructure and application architecture.
- You have the skills and experience to supervise junior colleagues, both in and outside projects.
Furthermore, we assume the following:
- You are fluent in English (speaking and writing). Dutch and German are a plus.
- You are driven and entrepreneurial
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have excellent communication skills and a clear opinion that you appreciate to share with others
- You have affinity with technology and innovation
- You like to work in a team.
Responsibilities
As Manager Oracle Cloud Supply Chain , you are the project leader of a multidisciplinary team and/or you make a substantial contribution, from IT expertise, to complex (transformation) assignments. You supervise your junior colleagues, act as a coach and work with them on activities, ideas and proposals. You make an active contribution to business development yourself, you acquire new assignments. Based on your in-depth industry expertise and your passion for Oracle and Technology, you help (international) clients to gain added value from their technology.
